As this blog can attest, adoption is quite the adventure.
Starting the process anew, we’d ask for prayers and comments. We’ve found the support of the adoption community, our church(es) (College Hill Presbyterian and 14th Street CRC), and family crucial to trudging (sometimes) and laughing (sometimes) through the experiences. Please continue to pray for us. And never hesitate to drop us a line.
In addition to pray needs, there are also financial needs.
Adoption fees and expenses will total around $26,000.
Please understand, Renee and I are blessed. We’ve two awesome kids, good and fullfilling jobs, and a wonderful community of friends, church, and family. We’ll find the resources to make this adoption happen.
That said, it’s a bit of challenge to find that much money in a 3 to 6 month time span.
